This leaves you with mixed feelings about the changes on your body and while some have feelings of disappointment, others feel completely dejected. - You should drink ten to twelve glasses of water every day. Sugar beverages should be replaced by water. Also, you can squeeze a slice of fresh lemon in the water.
- Healthy snacks should be a part of your diet. In this case, it is advisable to settle for wheat crackers, popcorn, raisins, and nuts. You should not buy any junk food or baked goods.
- Eat meat that are lean such as lean beef and boneless chicken.

- Make sure that you breastfeed your baby because this helps in using up stored fats. Breastfeeding helps burn close to 500 calories every day. Consequently, the longer you breastfeed, the higher the chances of burning off more calories.
