Fat-burning Almond Fudge Recipe
This recipe is based on my new ‘Instant Kale Shake’. My new Kale Shake has 20 grams per serving size and it is much bigger than my older version.
Get 16oz of almond butter from the health food store with no sugar. Add 2 scoops of Kale Shake.
Then add the coconut oil. You can also put in a pinch of sea salt if the almond butter doesn’t already have it in there.
Add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract with no sugar. To make it really delicious, you can put some chocolate chips that are sweetened with stevia.
Mix it all together, pour it in a jar, and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour. It can be a perfect snack for the whole day.
Just have a spoonful of it.

16 ounce jar of almond butter
¾ cup of coconut oil
2 scoops of Instant Kale Shake
1/4 tsp of sea salt if almond butter was unsalted.
1 tsp of pure vanilla
OPTIONAL: Add sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s Brand) , coconut fakes, nut mix, seed mix, etc.
1. Mix all ingredients in (at room temperature) a bowl including oil in almond butter until smooth.
2. Pour with spatula back into jar and refrigerate. Place extra material in a separate container as the amount will not fit into your original jar.
3. Enjoy small amounts each day.
This is a great fat-burning snack with no sugar and high protein, and can be considered a keto (fat-burning) recipe. It even has kale in it.
This goes beyond low-carb, because it has zero carbs. Use this as a great snack for losing weight.
