Can Chicken Soup Cure Arthritis?
You may have heard your grandmother talk to you about chicken soup as an old remedy for arthritis.
This is true and have been scientifically proven, but it’s not from the vegetables. It is from the chicken.
There is a chain of events that happens in people's lives when they are in their 50's and 60’s, and they have joint loss for no reason - even when there is no major injury or exercise.
Maybe as a kid but not as an adult.
Let’s say when you were a kid, you fell on your knee or hip and it created a microtear.
Tiny pieces of that joint can link inside the microspace.
Your body will recognize that as a foreign material and will start to build up things that are going to attack, like antibodies.
It doesn’t activate until you get to your 30’s and 40’s, when stress hits the most and then it kicks in.
You have a chain reaction where the tissue is leaking inside the microtear and maybe even in the bloodstream.
You then develop an autoimmune disease where your body is attacking itself because it thinks the entire joint is bad.
Over time, your immune system will destroy that joint. So many people have this and don’t know it.
What to Do
What is in chicken soup? There is collagen and cartilage from the chicken.
Several research studies found iout that if you ingest cartilage from a chicken, it would act like a decoy.
You can take a small piece of cartilage from a chicken and it would go in your stomach, would get digested, and would go through your lymphatic system.
Your antibodies will sense that there is cartilage in your stomach, so they will go to your stomach.
If you have on e bone and no cartilage, it would be probably too late. If you know that it is starting, you can start healing it.

Start taking it and over time, it will slowly deplete your antibody reserves that are eating up the joints and you'll start to heal.
You will notice it is always before on an empty stomach. If you take too much, the worse scenario would happen as far as having symptoms like fatigue and achiness.
That’s why you should take it before bed so you can sleep it off. But, if you notice symptoms, just take half before bed.
