Chocolate Keto Fat Bombs
¾ cup coconut oil
9.5 tbl peanut butter (or almond butter)
2-3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbl powdered sweetener like xylitol- fine powder. (If granules are too big, use grinder to make into powder.)
9 tbl melted butter (from grass-fed animals)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into molds. Freeze!
Store container in the fridge. If your bombs get too soft in the fridge, store in the freezer.
